We have a solid player EJ-200CE from 2011 that shows a lot of handling wear including various small dings and scratches. The instrument is in very good shape structurally, plays well, sounds good, and the electronics work like they should. This is a classic take on the southern jumbo guitar, complete with moustache bridge and crown pearloid fingerboard inlays. However, its the electronics package that makes this a special guitar.

The Esonic2 preamp by Shadow package on this model is rather unique, with two pickups (a magnetic pickup (the NanoMag) at the end of the fret board plus an under-saddle pickup (the NanoFlex.) The under-saddle NanoFlex pickup is not a piezo, but uses several layers of sensor material to pick up both the string and body vibration, and then uses active amplification at the pickup to ensure the noise floor is as low as possible. The NanoMag neck pickup consists of 3 individual Samarium Cobalt magnets, with an active circuit in the pickup which provides low impedance and an ultra wide frequency range. Located at the harmonically rich end of the fretboard, it provides a lovely tone before any processing.  A tone control(eq) for each pickup, a blend fader, volume control, phase switch, and a tuner round out the control panel. There are two 1/4" outputs  (#1 combined mono /or stereo nano-flex, and #2 stereo nanomag), which allows you to separate the individual pickups if desired and run into separate channels or amps. Needless to say, there is a lot of flexibility for playing live or in the studio with this system. Youtube has some excellent information on its capabilities if you're further interested.

The guitar features maple back and sides with a solid spruce top and the classic 'moustache' bridge. The bound maple neck has a pau ferro fingerboard, with 20 medium jumbo frets and Grover Rotomatics. Fret wear is confined mainly to the cowboy chord area, and there's lots of life left in them. There are no loose inlays or binding.

Comes with an Epiphone gigbag.
