For sale we have a nice example of the Fender Studio Deluxe Guitar. The current chicken-head knobs replaced the original knurled chrome ones at some point, and it is missing the chrome bridge cover. Everything else looks right. Tuners function properly. Electronics function properly, with CTS pots dated 1959 and 1960. The legs and cups are in nice unstripped condition, with the rubber end-caps intact. The original brown rough-tolex case is solid with all hardware attached and functional.  

This instrument was played regularly based on appearance, and ready to go for a few more decades if asked to by the next owner.
