For sale we have a 1980 Peavey T-60 in good vintage condition. The build quality on these old Peaveys was excellent.
The instrument was played some over the years, with various play and handling wear evident. Wear includes swirling and scratches on the pickguard, minor worming on the back, and a few small dings. The fret board is very good with a small indentation under the high E string about 3/8 of an inch below the nut. The indent is about the size of a pin head and out of the play area. There are a few small indents and thumbnail impressions on the back of the neck, with nothing affecting playability. There is cracking of the corners on the bridge pickup surrounds, with a small corner piece missing on the bridge pup surround. There is minor fret wear, with plenty of life left in them to support a fret level in the future when it gets to that point. All notes currently ring clear up and down the neck. The pickup phase switch was replaced by someone, with the rest of the electronics in it's original condition. Pots have been hit with Deoxit and are quiet.
This instrument is in good condition for it's age and gig ready. Comes with it's original plush-lined, double-walled molded case that is in good condition with all hardware intact.
