For sale we have a Lyle 5102T guitar in very good vintage condition. Made in Japan. Its our understanding these were built late 60s/early 70s and  a product of the partnership between Matsumoku and Shiro Aria Co. This same guitar was also marketed and sold as the Epiphone 5102T, and likely under other names.

The instrument is original parts-wise with the exception of the bridge thumbwheel height adjusters (we put on a set), trem spring (replaced with a new one), the knurled knob trem-arm bolt (replaced with a pillips-head  bolt) and the original pickguard. The bound rosewood fingerboard is in good condition. Binding is intact, with some discoloration showing in a few areas. No damage or dents on the back of the 2-piece maple neck. Electronics work properly. All set up and ready to play, this is a nice example of the Japanese-made guitars from that era in good playable condition.
